Youth Commission increases youth voter preregistration

Sacramento County Youth Commissioner Eleanor LoveOn October 16, 2018, members of the Sacramento County Youth Commission presented their Voter Pre-Registration Project report to the Board of Supervisors and shared an inspiring video they produced to encourage eligible young people age 16 and 17 to preregister to vote. Preregistered teens are automatically registered to vote when they turn 18. Preregister to vote here.

I’m proud of our youth commissioners for their enthusiasm, successful outreach efforts and outstanding civic engagement. You rock!
