National Night Out offers food, fun, dance and resources

More than 250 community members and representatives from 35 participating organizations and county departments attended the 4th annual South Oak Park/Fruitridge Pocket National Night Out at Jack Davis Park. Highlights included activities for children and youth, free Luigi’s pizza and ice cream, live dance performances by BlyueRose Dance Project and Instituto Mazatlán Bellas Artes (IMBA), photo booth, free haircuts for kids by Newman’s Cali Fadez Barber Shop, a special appearance by McGruff the Crime Dog and booths with information and resources.

Thanks to everyone who helped make the 4th annual South Oak Park / Fruitridge Pocket National Night Out a success!
