New family resource center opens doors in South Oak Park / Fruitridge Pocket neighborhood

We dedicated the new home of the River Oak Center for Children, Family Resource Center (ROCC-FRC) at the Fruitridge Community Collaborative on February 2, 2017. This has been one of the most important and rewarding projects I’ve had the pleasure of working on since holding office. The new location on Roosevelt near 44th enables the ROCC-FRC to better serve the South Oak Park/Fruitridge Pocket neighborhood with all the great Birth & Beyond services offered in other parts of unincorporated Sacramento County. Thanks to everyone involved!
