Congratulations to Canon Restaurant and Bar for earning Environmental Management Department’s annual Award of Excellence in Food Safety for maintaining high sanitation and operational standards to assure maximum protection for the public’s health and safety. Canon is located at 1719 34th Avenue in East Sacramento. In all, 598 food establishments countywide received the award in 2019. One food establishment from each supervisorial district is selected annually to be recognized at a Board of Supervisors meeting. See PowerPoint to learn more.
