January 28, 2016 – Today I joined our state and municipal partners at a press conference announcing legislation that establishes the Lower American River Conservancy. AB 1716 (McCarty) would create a state conservancy for the Lower American River that puts us in line to receive future state funding to enhance public access and natural resource management.
