The South Oak Park/Fruitridge Pocket neighborhood remains a high priority for District 1. Thanks to Sacramento County’s Code Enforcement and Community Prosecution personnel for acting swiftly and effectively to mitigate violations on a chronic “problem property” with the owner’s cooperation.
