The RCAF collective was founded in 1970 to foster the arts of the Chicano/Latino community, educate young people in the arts, history and culture, promote political awareness, and foster support for Cesar Chavez and the United Farm Workers. Many members are gone now and this exhibit stands in honor of the RCAF’s accomplishments.
